CIGS structure is very simple, as long as the mass production of photovoltaic materials, realization of CIGS thin-film industry, their decline in price will have a larger space. Lin Junsheng said CIGS thin film solar cell manufacturing raw materials for copper, indium, gallium, and selenium. The four biggest producers of raw materials in China and therefore does not need to rely on imports of raw materials needed. Output of copper, indium, gallium and selenium in the world less than part of Indium ores, 70% of Indium ores in China.
