GCL: polycrystalline silicon and silicon wafers in the third quarter demand price stability

Polaris solar PV net news: GCL announced first polysilicon production 49,582 tonnes in the third quarter, and annual 39.5%. Polysilicon 11,077 tonnes were sold, down by about 11.3% year. Average sales prices per kg US $ 21.96 (22.1 dollars per kilogram for the first six months of this year).

Statistics of the third quarter, about 17,241 tonnes of polysilicon production, increased by approximately 27.2%; polysilicon 3,614 tonnes were sold, down by about 10.1% year. Sales are down because the majority of polysilicon is used as captive production wafers.
